Known as "Aunt Anna" to all of us Morin kids, she will be surely missed. We will always remember the good times with Anna and family at the house, the tours of her incredible garden with good food and good times. We remember fondly the family reunions we had with the Dornfrieds in New Britton, and just having fun--playing cards and catching up. When Charlotte and Bill went on a cruise to Bermuda, Charlotte remembers teaching Anna how to play BlackJack--and she won. Charlotte remembers the closeness and advice she got from Anna--taking her to the Monkey Farm and other places where they always enjoyed a good Bloody Mary.
I was just thinking of Anna this weekend when I reread a note she wrote when my husband died 2 years ago. Her words were so kind and sweet, like she was. I appreciated those words & her sending the note. My husband enjoyed chatting with both Frank & Anna over the years since we worked with them in connection to Essex Machine Works. My sympathy to Anna’s family. You have lost a very kind, caring woman. May she Rest In Peace! Madaline Meyer (Hack - Sea Power)
